济洛高速北起济源市白沟村，向南依次通过济源市、孟州市、吉利区、孟津县和洛龙区，在白马寺镇与洛界高速公路相接，全长46公里。工程于2002年12月开工建设，2005年9月正式建成通车。公司承建该项目路基工程。

Jiluo Expressway starts from Baigou Village, Jiquan City in the north and passes though Jiyuan City, Mengzhou City, Jili District, Mengjin County and Luolong District in sequence to the south, and connects with Luojie Expressway at Baimashi Town, with an overall length of 46km. The project was commenced in December 2002 and formally completed and open to traffic in September, 2005. The company contracted to build subgrade engineering for the project.
